From 1,600 square feet to over 6,000, Seaside Building & Design has brought construction projects to life for over 30 years.
What have we done? Additions, renovations, remodels, restorations, new construction, construction management, insurance claims, custom, semi-custom. For entire houses, for condos, for guest houses and beach houses. Waterfront homes and inland properties. For bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and outdoor rooms. For buildings, restaurants and hotels. And we've done them all throughout Tampa Bay and Northwest Florida.
While each project is unique and with it's own challenges, the sum of our experience is a huge asset to any project. It gives us the vision to properly plan a project, tools to make it happen and intuition to avoid mistakes.
Our experience has helped us fine-tune many elements of our own craft. Additionally, it's enabled us with invaluable connections. Shortly after incorporating Seaside with Larry, David moved his family to St. Petersburg and built a strong reputation for developing waterfront homes. You'll see this Pensacola-born, University of Florida graduate and Air Force Veteran with a Master's Degree driving his big maroon F-250 all over "the Burg". On the weekends, however, he can be found in his boat putzing around on the bay.

After playing football at Southern Mississippi University, Larry returned to his roots in Northwest Florida and founded Seaside with David. He's helped turn Seaside NW FL into a leading design-build construction company. Now living in Fort Walton Beach, Larry takes every advantage of the rich natural surroundings. From scalloping to hunting, you can find him outdoors.
